New Date – New Venue
Join us for a relaxing morning yoga session facilitated by Yoga with Roisin.
This session will be a gentle, slow-flow class, suitable for all levels – including beginners – making it welcoming and accessible for everyone. The class will run for approximately 45–50 minutes. Please arrive prompty for a 7am start, stay after for a cup of tea and a mingle.
Come along to stretch, unwind, and connect with fellow members of the Irish community in a relaxed and friendly setting.
